  • Order Cancellations : If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Late Cancellations : For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the situation and the product category.
  • Process : To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via email or phone, providing your order ID for prompt assistance.
Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility : Returns are eligible if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the furniture. Items must be in the same condition as received, without any damage.

Damaged or Defective Items
